The Inspection Nest provides building, pest and strata inspection services to property buyers, sellers, agents, and other stakeholders. All services are delivered by qualified professionals in accordance with Australian Standards (including AS 4349.1 & AS 4349.3 where applicable).

2. Bookings & Cancellations

• All bookings must be confirmed via our website, phone, or email.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled inspection may incur a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule inspections due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, access issues, inspector availability).

3. Inspection Limitations

Inspections are non-invasive and limited to accessible areas of the property.
Reports reflect the condition of the property at the time of inspection and do not guarantee future performance or detect hidden or concealed issues.

4. Report Use

Reports are intended for the named client and must not be reproduced or relied upon by third parties without our written consent.
We accept no liability to unauthorised parties who use the report.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due as per the terms provided at the time of booking or as stated on the invoice.
• Invoices unpaid after the due date may result in the delay of report delivery or withdrawal of access.

6. Liability

While we take every care to ensure accuracy and professionalism in our reporting, The Inspection Nest is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our reports.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, branding, and imagery—is owned by The Inspection Nest and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
